To add to my post, I talked to godaddy and they are wondering why did I remove (delete) the A HOST entry.

According to Auctiva instruction:
quote:
7. In the first section "A (Host)", click the "Delete" checkbox on the row beginning with "@".

8. In the next section "CNAMES (Aliases) change the row for "www" to "Points to" "storefilter.auctiva.com" Don't use quotation marks

So they think the A HOST should be placed back and should use Name Server instead of CNAME and asked me to contact Auciva for their help.
Hi nadiastore,

To redirect your domain to your Auctiva store, you must point your domain to "storefilter.auctiva.com" using a CNAME. If you are unable to complete this task using the instructions on our domain set-up wizard, please contact GoDaddy's customer support department and tell them:

"I would like the host records for www.yourdomaingoeshere.com to point to storefilter.auctiva.com using a CNAME."

Just remember to replace "www.youdomaingoeshere.com" in the above statement with the actual domain you would like to point to your Auctiva store.
