I am not aware of any current technical issues that would explain why you started to receive these errors, but we did make a minor update to our site around the time you reported this so perhaps the errors were related to the release of that update in some way.

In any event, if you continue to encounter errors of this nature moving forward, please contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will look into this further.
