Erm, excuse me why a poll, have you selected the wrong post type

If I understand your problem ..

The store template here is applied to the Auctiva storefront which is an extra window onto your eBay listings. It does not get applied to your eBay store which is quite seperate.

What do you mean by extra window onto my listings? Sorry to appear so thick still finding my feet on here

Anyone know how to alter the pixels on my logo to auctivas specifications so it doesn't appear distorted. I've tried in paint shop pro but it doesn't help.

How do I delete that poll I accidently clicked on. Please I've clicked on the little icons on the righthand side but nothing there allows me to delete it.

There is a store template and there is a listing template.

Store template is what you choose to display when someone goes to your Auctiva Store Front. Such as http://store.auctiva.com/RBGalaxy

You can modify your Store Front by clicking on the STORE tab at your Auctiva Homepage.

Now a Listing Template is done within the creation process of a new listing. Once you enter your product you can click on the Template field and it opens up a world of possible templates to choose from. Once you picked one, you can save it to your listing and then save your listing. Once saved, you then can send it to POST to eBay and then it should appear in eBay when someone visits your product page.
