Thanks for letting us know about this. We have seen this error get generated for a few of our templates and our engineering team is currently investigating why it is happening. I have let them know you encountered that error with the "Mr. Frosty" template so it is included in the investigation.

I’m not quite sure when these template issues will be resolved quite yet, but we’ll get them fixed as soon as we can. In the interim, all I can recommend is selecting a different template as you have been doing already.

I just spoke with our engineer who handles releasing new templates and he says he believes that the problem that was causing these not to work has been fixed. We just posted a test auction with the Funkalicious template to eBay and it worked fine. Hopefully the others will too.

Please try these templates again and let Support know if you have any further problems.
