Crikey, I'm stuck on this one... my listing looks like more than one item is for sale because I have accidentally loaded images onto it, when in fact only one item is for sale.
I have tried to removed the HTML link in the "edit your listing" but ebay only let you see the finished copy once a bid has been placed, and therefore I cannot delete the unwanted images links.
How do I remove the unwanted images, I have tried deleting them in "manage images" and then "view deleted images" and "completely delete" but the images are still there... HELP... I don't want eBay or my potential customers to think I am trying to mislead them. The listing numbers are:130179256910 and 130179279194.
Can any one help me please?

Hi Radarman, your listingwill be using images hosted in Auctiva (I assume). If you delete the images from Auctiva, the listing won't be able to reference them, and there would instead be a little red cross in the listing description - as far as I know, that would have to be the case. It may be due to caching etc that you could still see the images after you deleted them from Auctiva, I'm not sure, maybe try that again. I would also suggest having removed them, you place an update note in the description saying some of the previous images were incorrect and have had to be removed.
I would cancel bids (with an explanation to bidders, of course) and end the listing (go to site map). Correct it and start over.
Once there's a bid or less than 12 hours to go you can't do ANYTHING except add to the description which will show all the way at the bottom, by the counter.
Since you already have a bidder (and maybe watchers) they probably would not be inclined to read the description again and might easily miss any additions you add.
It's well worth it to avoid being reported afterward & risking negative FB.
