cakethings,

Not having any transactions imported for a month isn't quite normal, but it often takes several days.

There's nothing you could have turned off that would prevent the import of these transactions.

If you'd like to purchase insurance for a particular transaction, don't hesitate to file a support case requesting that insurance be purchased for the item and we'll have that transaction imported and the insurance applied to your account.

Thanks Mike. I would rather purchase insurance from Auctiva, but I'll admit that it is a bit of a hassle to file the support for each transaction. And, the one time that I did file support for the insurance, it still took a couple of days. I don't like to delay shipping while waiting for insurance, and I don't feel good about shipping the item if the insurance won't kick in until after the item is delivered.

I don't want to sound like a whiner here - I'm otherwise very happy with Auctiva. Is this something that will be fixed in the future?
