No Saved Listings

Hi Kat, I'm not completely sure what you mean, because every listing you create on Auctiva will automatically be in your saved listings view, regardless of any other folder you put it in. Can you describe your problem a little more specifically?

When I click on the saved listings link it tells me there is none in there.

And you have definitely created a listing? Have you checked you have not had any event messages come back to you to say the listing failed? Click My Account up at the top right, then click Events on the left - look for any failures. Do the listings appear on eBay?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. Do the listings have to be created before they end up in the saved listings or can they be imported from ebay?

Ah, hang on, we may be looking at a slightly different thing now. So, you have listings on ebay, you have created an Auctiva account, and you are not seeing your listings in the folder. OK, this should happen automatically, but it depends upon how long ago you created your account. This is from the FAQ:

▼How do I transfer my current listings to Auctiva?
Once you have generated your eBay token, your active listings will be automatically copied to your Auctiva account. It typically takes 6-12 hours for all of your active listings to be imported into your Auctiva account and appended with the Auctiva Scrolling Gallery.
▼What changes will be made to my active eBay listings when I sign up?
When you sign up for your Auctiva account, your current eBay listings will automatically be imported into your Auctiva account, at which point they’ll be appended with the Auctiva Scrolling Gallery. This is the only change that will be made to your current listings.

If you opened your account longer than 12 hours ago, I suggest you file a support request here:

EDIT - I just realised it is 6-12 hours after generating your Token, not opening your account.

My current listings are all there. my closed listings too. But nothing in my saved listings and yes I've had a new token for months.

Kat, you haven't got one of the filters applied at the top of the view have you? That's about the only other thing I can think of.

Have no filters set. Have it showing all. Can't get the combined thing to work either though I have it set in my ebay to allow combined payments.

Have another problem too. boy I'm just full of them today ain't I? appreciate your help.
Had a buyer pay ahead of time and of course it's the wrong amount. It's going to AU and I want to insure it but I can't get it to combine the two items for insurance.

Something else too. There's $2.00 stuck in the shipping amount and as my shipping varies according to what they order, how do I get that out?

Hmmm, OK, questions now too difficult

I'm baffled over your saved listings view Kat, and the other 2 questions I have no experience on. I think your best bet now, unless someone else comes along soon, is to file a support request. They are normally very quick, and extremely helpful.

You have posted to an old topic from 2007. It is better to start a new topic since all the previous posts and responses are out of date and not applicable to your problem.

This is more appropriate area for you questions.

As to your question, as far as I know, there is no way to directly import an eBay template from eBay into Auctiva. You will have to cut and paste from the eBay template into a new listing in Auctiva and see how your template works in Auctiva. Currently, the Auctiva editor is very sensitive to "bad" HTML so you might get some unexpected results.

Please post in the forum mentioned above with your question. Danno is a frequent poster to these forums and is a very experienced with HTML and templates and may help you with migrating your template over.
