"Only available to Top Rated Sellers" ???

In the Marketing Profile section, I see the check boxes for Gallery and Gallery Plus, below that is a drop down list with choice of "Up to 7 Days" or "Duration of Listing". Beside that it says "Only available to Top Rated Sellers".

Can somebody explain this to me please? I'm just coming back to listing after a long absence, so it's probably something I have missed, but can't seem to find anything about it in eBay help.

Hi JulieAnne,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I just reviewed the statement you are referring to which says "Only available to Top Rated Sellers" and it appears that is showing up in error, so we are going to work on having that removed with a future site update to prevent any further confusion.

Therefore, you should be able to use any of the options in the Marketing Tools section at this time, even if you are not a Top Rated Seller.

Hi Mike, thanks for your reply - I am actually a TRS, but wasn't aware of any special privileges at the listing stage, so this did leave me rather puzzled. I thought they must have snuck something new in whilst I had been away, lol.
