Partial Items in Scrolling Gallery

Hello,

I posted last night on mssg board, and then as advised, did a help ticket. I had only 2 of 9 items showing. Mike answered almost immediately and said it'd be put on priority and fixed.

This morning all 9 items are showing but only 4 show pictures. The other 5 say "no picture available". There is a picture for all of them. I haven't had these problems before. The gallery always worked fine so I'm totally confused as to how to correct or what is wrong.

I just sent a message over to our engineering department and they'll have you missing Auctiva store images created as soon as possible.

Hey, me too. It was a relist.
I need to relist another and I am aftaid this may repeat itself.. I am putting a new different photo in the relist and I surely hope the old one does not show - if it shows at all.

it's still just saying image not available. How long can this go on. I have just relisted another and I'm worried the same thing might occure. the picture was hosted by auctiva so what could be the problem???

My store gallery is working fairly well now. But it took over 24 hours for the latest auction picture to show up. I thought it worked a lot better before. Why has it gotten slower and more troublesome?

But you tech guys are really nice about trying to help! Thank you!

hsay... it's been days and still no photo in scrolling screens for imported relisted items 7406401707 and 7406798652 - only the title and a few words about a missint image.

twice I was told engineering was alerted - the last time i was told it would take 12 hours. I it has been well ove 12 hours - maybe 24. How about being nice to me.?

Hi everyone! Showcase still showing no items and says "New Inventory Coming Soon!". Submitted support request three days ago. No response or fix. Very frustrated as this happens every couple of weeks. We have over 400 auctions with a blank showcase! Does anyone know if Auctiva is having ongoing issues with Showcase? Thanks!

That's weird, I'd try again because every time I file one I get a response within a hour (usually minutes) regardless if they have fixed my problem or not.

It seem by the number of post this week, something is up with the gallery although mine seems to be working okay.

Anyone with problems I highly suggest you contact support by filing a support ticket if you haven't already.

I've filed a help ticket but my images aren't coming over from my existing store items. It's been a couple of days and I'm a bit concerned.

Are you getting a auto-response back? If your not getting a auto-response sent back to your email then it isn't going thru.

We don't have any users that currently have 2 unanswered support cases, so it seems like you're not getting your emails.

You can view your support cases by logging into your Auctiva account, clicking "Help", then clicking the "Check the status of a support case" link.
