Pictures Loading message

Hi All. I am quite new to Auctiva. (Began using about a month ago) Anyway, I have several auctions that have been in progress for several days but I get the message 'image loading' in the store window where the picture should be. I have waited on the same screen to see if it loads...nothing. I also have several other auctions (created one right after the other) with images from the same location and they have no prooblems...Any ideas?

Welcome to Auctiva

Someone else recently posted the same problem in the image hosting forum, and when I looked at their listing, i experienced the same 'stuck on showing image loading' problem. So, it's not just you.

My suggestion would be to open a support ticket. Up in the top right corner of the page, there's a small, green box/bar that says "Help | Community | Refer a Friend". If you click "Help" and scroll all the way down to bottom of the page that loads, you'll see two links: one for opening a support ticket and one for checking the status of the support ticket you opened.

Best of luck, hopefully the guys will get it fixed up for you straight away (theyre usually pretty good about that)
