When it was time for my auctions to load onto ebay, several of them had errors, and I had to manually load each on individually for them to show up on ebay. Why would this happen? I did go in and set them to load a minute apart. Would this have anything to do with it? I like them to be a minute apart, that way buyers who want more than one item can have time to concentrate on each individual auction. Also, once all my auctions were loaded on Ebay, the photos were not showing in the store window. Just the name of the item. They pictures have alot to do with whether or not people check them out or not. Hopefully, this will fix itself. I will check back on that in the morning. Thanks for any help in understanding what's happened so I can prevent it in the future if it's something I did. Thanks.........

Please help, my auctions are all on ebay now, however, they are not showing the pictures of the items in the store window. My auctions went on last night, and this morning they are still showing blank. Could anyone help me to fix this problem. I have manually updated the store window and this had not helped. Please let me know what I can do, or if anyone else can do something. Thanks, Christine
I have the same problem. I am new to Auctiva - and have listed twelve items.

The first item that I listed is the only item that appears in the 'Store Window' on my auctions. I don't see any items, any pictures - nothing. And all my items have pictures.

I am not mad, but I just hope there is a solution for this. I made a couple of my items 'featured' but that still doesn't do anything.

Thanks

Hi all,

If your issue is that "Loading Image" is being displayed on your Auctiva store window, the reason is...

We are in the process of transferring our hosted images on to new servers, which should increase the speed and reliability of our image hosting service. During this process, many users' images be unavailable or fail to load for periods of time.

This process should be completed by the morning of 2/17, at which point this issue should be resolved.

We appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

If your issue is that "No Picture Available" is being displayed in your store window, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.
