Hi LuckBeALadyTonight,

Thanks for posting your question here. The option available within Auctiva that automatically adds the scrolling gallery to your listings can only be used to add the scrolling gallery outside the listing template, but you can potentially place the scrolling gallery inside your template by incorporating the scrolling gallery HTML code into the description HTML of your listings.

If you would like to add the scrolling gallery to a listing in this manner, you will first want to obtain the HTML code used to generate your scrolling gallery by mousing over the "Stores" tab, selecting the "Get HTML" option, and then copying the HTML code from the ensuing page.

Once you have that HTML code set aside, you can then incorporate it into the template of any listings you are creating by clicking the "Source" or "HTML" tab in the upper left corner of the description editor on the listing creation page and pasting the scrolling gallery HTML in the desired location within the description.

Once you have added the scrolling gallery HTML code to the description editor in this manner, you will not actually be able to see the scrolling gallery within the Standard mode of the description editor. However, if you preview the saved listing you have added the code to, you should be able to see how the scrolling gallery appears on the preview page.

If you intend to add the scrolling gallery to all your listings in this manner and would like to avoid pasting in the scrolling gallery HTML code each time, you could potentially incoporate that code into the description editor within an Item Details profile and link that Item Details profile to the Master Profile you will be creating your listings from.

If you are interested in learning more about profiles, we have several tutorials available that go over them in detail which can be found in the "Profiles" section on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/tutorials.aspx

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

-Mike
