First I am a transplant from another auction hosting sight. It took awhile for me to really make the move & I did. But not without a learning curve and a few colorful words. Haha!

Anyway out of 10 auctions only 2 auctions are showing in my store window. Was I suppossed to check something???

The second problem is that I screwed up my gallery images and used my store image on 2 or three auctions. I want to get my correct image in there. I went to ebay and tried to change the coding but I don't understand Auctiva's coding since it doesn't have my picture file name. So I was verrrry confused. (and a tad distraught since I thought this would be easier!)

Thanks for ANY help anyone has to offer. I need this stuff fixed since I generally only do 5 day auctions. Time is of the essence!

Robyn,

I can't confirm this becasue I don't have your user ID to check your account but I'm guessing that only 2 of your listings have been imported into Auctiva yet.

Once your remaining listings are imported into Auctiva, they'll be displayed in your store window.

It typically takes about 12 hours from when your token is generated for your listings to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window.

Hi Robyn,

...and regarding your second question, you can change your gallery images by revising them via the following process:

1) Log into your eBay account and click on "My eBay"
2) Click on the item for which you'd like to change the gallery image.
3) Right click on the image you'd like to make your gallery image and click "Properties"
4) Copy the image URL...it begins with "http://..."
5) Click "Revise Your Item"
6) Click "Edit Pictures"
7) In the "Gallery Image URL field, paste the copied URL over the existing one and save your changes.

If the image you'd like to be your gallery image is not already in your listing, you can upload the image into Auctiva and retrieve the image URL at Auctiva -> Images(tab) -> Manage Images. The image URL is listed to the right of each image and begins with "http://..."

I hope this helps=)

-Mike
