I've just registered with Auctiva and have generated an Ebay Token on 15th July, which apparently was a success, but I cannot find any of my current Ebay Listings on auctiva.
Am I doing something wrong? please help

It's been a very long time since I signed up, but I also had listings running at that time and I don't think they showed up either. I can't really remember
As long as thery're posted already on ebay I wouldn't worry about it. Try creating and Saving a listing through Auctiva and see what happens...if you just Save it, it wont post, it will just be here on your Saved listings page. In the meantime, here's a link to the FAQs, you might find it helpful

Thanks for you very quick reply, I will try as you suggested and create a listing through Auctiva.
However, I currently have 16 listings on ebay and was hoping I could included auctiva's scrolling bar on the listings. Don't suppose you know how to include this?

from FAQ.....Once you have generated your eBay token, your active listings will be automatically copied to your Auctiva account. It typically takes 6-12 hours for all of your active listings to be imported into your Auctiva account and appended with the Auctiva Scrolling Gallery.
