Posted listing FAILED Re: Return Policy NOT specified

I am having the same issues...Ebay says the blame is on Auctiva's behalf...they need
tio add the necessary form to their template.
How soon will this happen?

If anyone has an answer for this snafu, please post it or email me at usstamps@charter.net
it is very frustrating to not have auctiva respond to this.

SOLVED THE PROBLEM AFTER AUCTIVA CONTACED ME....
here's what they suggest for every item that gets rejected on the "no stated return policy" from Ebay....
go to your ebay category number on each of your rejected postings, enter a number like "528" instead of the number you have there, select enter, then re-enter your correct category number and select enter once more. Now when you scroll down to the bottom of your template page, select maximize and viola! the Return policy box is now available. Fill it in, save your listing and try posting now. It does work.

nice work around but why does there always have to be a workaround???

Make sure you check your ebay fees, I have current issue that I had api error, but was charged listing fees on the ebay side. But Items did not post. (yet)
