What is going on? I saved a listing yesterday, finished it today & attempted to POST to ebay. It FAILED to post: API ERROR..A Return policy must be specified! I go to CHECKOUT OPTIONS where return policy use to be & it's NOT THERE! Where do I go to fix this?
This is outrageous..wasting my valuable time!!

SOLVED THE PROBLEM AFTER AUCTIVA CONTACED ME....
here's what they suggest for every item that gets rejected on the "no stated return policy" from Ebay....
go to your ebay category number on each of your rejected postings, enter a number like "528" instead of the number you have there, select enter, then re-enter your correct category number and select enter once more. Now when you scroll down to the bottom of your template page, select maximize and viola! the Return policy box is now available. Fill it in, save your listing and try posting now. It does work.
