Hi Community,

We are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing many listings that should be posted successfully to fail to post. Our engineering team is currently investigating this problem and we will have it resolved as soon as possible.

If you have any listings that reflect a "Failed" status on your Scheduled Listings or Events page within your account, you are welcome to try posting those again and they may go through. On the other hand, if you have any items that reflect "Processing" or "Posting" status on your Scheduled Listings page, I recommend waiting to see if they post or fail before attempting to post them again.

I will post further updates on this issue to the following thread as additional information becomes available. We apologize for any inconveniences this issue may be causing and we appreciate your patience regarding this matter.

Update - As it turns out, it appears these listings are posting successfully and that they are incorrectly bring reflected as failures within Auctiva. We are working to get this problem resolved as soon as possible.

In the mean time, DO NOT try posting your items again just because they are listed as failures within your Auctiva account, as you may end up with duplicates. You should only try posting the item again if you check your eBay account and verify that it has not been successfully posted.

Update - I just heard back from our engineering team regarding this matter and am pleased to report that this issue has been resolved such that these incorrect status messages should not be returned for any listings moving forward. Listing that reflected failure messages from between 2:45 PM PT and 4:30 PM PT have the potential to be incorrect.

However, we are still looking into whether there is something we can do to remove any false failure messages that were generated while this problem was ongoing from the accounts of our users. Therefore, you should still check your eBay account to verify whether your items have posted before attempting to post them again through Auctiva.

I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available. We will be posting an alert message about this on the Auctiva.com site as well.

Update - I am pleased to report that our engineering team was able to clear out all the false failure messages from the Events and Scheduled Listings pages of the users that were affected by this issue. Therefore, these incorrect failure messages should no longer be showing up.

It is possible that we may have deleted some legitimate failure messages while doing this. If you try posting an item that failed to post earlier again and another error is returned, the new error message should be a legitimate one.
