Problems uploading images I'm having to repeat the process over & over

It is Sunday night. For the 3 years I have used Auctiva, things have moved slower than death on this site on Sunday evening. We are now paying for the service, but still no improvement. It has taken me over 45 minutes to list 3 auctions. On a normal day, it would take less than 10 minutes to do the same thing. I NEED to list on Sunday. It is when I have the time. Why can't Auctiva do something? It isn't a new problem.

I've sometimes got the error message or fail to upload but they did upload and I ended up with multiple copies. It didn't matter when we weren't paying for space.

Why don't you take advantage of Auctiva's free scheduler, prepare your listing at some other time, and schedule it for Sunday Evening?

Are you trying to add images while making a listing or are you using the Bulk Uploader?

I'm using the Auctiva Uploader which I'm quite happy with most of the time. Just wanted to let people know that if they get the error message to check because they might have uploaded anyway. Could be a problem if you were close to your hosting limit.

it would be wonderful if I was just having this problem on Sunday nights but I am having it on any day of the week at any time. It doesn't matter which computer I use if I try to bulk upload pictures it takes forever and then I always get the "failed to upload" message even when they're there. I now have pages of double and triple pictures because it took me a couple of times before I realized what was going on. And trying to delete the pictures is a whole other issue because they just don't want to leave me!!!

Hi I too am having the smae sort of problem also upolading photos today thursday 8/10 it seems to be able to download sometimes just one photo at a time more than that it cant cope and a message comes up saying the site server could be busy or the images are too big and to contact auctiva sometimes even though it says the images had failed to upload a couple actually had totally confused now anyone else having the same prob or any ideas what to do ? many thanks
