Problems with uploads

I have renewed my Auctiva subscription - now beginning to wish I hadn't bothered! For 3 days now, I have had trouble getting photos onto my listings. Incidentally, the photos are already on the Auctiva site - all I want to do is import them into my current listings. A blank screen with the little world going round and round and round and round is all I get. Never had this trouble before. I have cleared my browser, cookies etc. Don't know what else to try.

If this is still a problem and you haven't already done so, you should file a support case. We aren't aware of any site problems that would cause the trouble you are having.
