i have been waiting for 4 hours for the billing to resolve my auctiva commerce issues. I asked that my site be closed and you kept billing me. Now effective Oct 28th they closed the account while billing me for 4 months.

Also, my account is currently locked and the rep said he needs to speak to someone in billing....can you please resolve this. I have been waiting for 4 hours.

This is for my ebay account. it is blocked. I made the payment can you please unblock it.

Let's deal with one problem at a time. I have a bigger problem with my auctiva commerce account. I'm so upset I can't even think straight. This is not rocket science. 7 hours for a response is poor customer service
