Question About Auctiva Store

Hi,

I have been editing my Auctiva Store this evening, when I noticed that only 26 of my 79 items on eBay are included.

These items were listed over the last two days. Does Auctiva automatically update the number of items shown in the Store...or is there something I need to do to update it?

Hi Bonnie,

All of your current eBay listings should automatically be imported into your Auctiva store and have the potential to be displayed in your store window without any action of your own.

Since all of your items have still not been imported, please file a support request regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:

I'm having the same issue. 37 out of 105 listings are showing up! Will try contacting support as well.
