Presently, I am not selling on eBay and have opted for the free Auctiva plan. However, if in the Fall I decide to list maybe 10 items using the $2.95 plan and only 6 sell, when I relist the remaining 4 items through eBay either within the same month or the following month, will I be charged for an additional $2.95 for that following (carry-over month) even if I have no other new auctions on...only those that were relisted through eBay?

Hi,

I think the answer in part depends on whether you can scale-back to using only the 1MB of free image storage for the 4 remaining items and aren't using an Auctiva template (paid plans only). If that's true and you RELIST FROM EBAY, I don't see a conflict with use of the FREE plan.

One thought.....you could move the images to Photobucket or other free service for any that roll-over and update the listing code with the new links. Auctiva does allow you to operate with copy and paste of external image links for image selection in the one-page lister.

One more thought.....for $2.95, I'd avoid the hassle and just use the service. Wink

To clarify, the $2.95 is a monthly fee that is paid each month. There is no reduction in the charge by listing fewer than 15 auctions in a month, and there is no 'carry over' of 'unused auctions' (e.g. if someone lists 10 auctions this month and none next month, they will still be charged $2.95 each month.)

$2.95 per month is really inexpensive for what you get...you get 15 listings plus use of templates plus 500MB of image hosting space. Your best choice really is to--as Danno posted above--sign up for it and just use the service.
