red X icon instead of drag and drop uploader

Hi, Im getting a red X icon instead of drag and drop uploader. Im using IE7 and have tried enabling all the activex options in internet options security. I dont get any prompts at all. It just loads up with a red X. What else could be wrong?

That sounds like the ActiveX control didn't load or was blocked from loading in IE7 Security Settings.

Check and see if "Download signed ActiveX controls" is set as Prompt (recommended) or Enable (not secure). Either should work, but Prompt would at least give a signal it's trying. Make sure you restart the IE browser if you make a change (as footnoted on that panel).
