Removing Photo at Bottom of Ad? Showcase?

Hi hdesignz, unless I am mistaken Auctiva does not put that lone picture at the bottom of your ads, assuming your talking about the picture you see just before it goes into the return,payment,shipping part at the bottom. Tthat is the picture of your header image and ebay puts that there. If there is a way to remove it..I havent read about it yet. You can try going to ebays help pages and looking around or just send them an email about it.

Also, I do believe that your reference to showcase is the same thing as the Store Window here on auctiva.

I do believe West is right about that photo.

And, yeah, Auctiva calls it the Store Window but you'll see it called showcase, scrolling window, store thingie and even more confusing terms!

Why in the world would eBay want to put a photo on the bottom of the ad when one can see a larger version of it at the top? Maybe just to remind the buyer what they were looking at for those with short-term memory loss?

I guess I better go in and turn on my Store Window if I want the nifty showcase at the bottom!!
