member_8880: I reviewed the link you posted and the is only for Fixed Priced listings, whereas I post Auction type listings. You also mentioned that a return policy is mandatory, however, the link you posted was a General Announcement and not to a policy page so I wasn't able to verify that. It's also unclear to me why I can't choose neither and simply specify it on the auction page itself.

California_Dreamin': Yes, I'm listing on the US site and I am fully able to list both Fixed Priced and Auction type listings without specifically selecting a return policy.

I do not know if it is mandatory on the international sites but I think someone should really look into this because I have never needed to select one while posting on US.
I'm listing on the USA site for eBay. I also noticed this bug.

When I list directly onto eBay, the RETURN POLICY IS LISTED. But in Auctiva, it DOES NOT exist when I create a new listing.

HOWEVER, when I go to manage my profiles & click on "checkout", the return policy is listed, but's it's NOT coming through when you start/initiate a brand new listing.

This is definately a GLITCH.
Yes, I am getting this error as well. And I can't Find & Replace the return policy on Auctiva because Auctiva states that "no return policy is required for this item." Also, I don't see anywhere in the individual listing builder to address the return policy.

On eBay, all of my listings have a return policy as defined on eBay. Auctiva, you have another BUG to fix!

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. We are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing the return policy selection interface not to show up in some listings that do support that option. We have seen this primarily in eBay AU and eBay Motors - Parts & Accessories, but it may be affecting some other eBay sites as well.

I just spoke to our engineering team about this and they are working on a fix that they expect to be able to release later this afternoon. If we are unable to get it done today for some reason, we'll most likely be releasing the site update that contains the fix tomorrow.

Hi Jen,

Thanks for letting us know about this. We pushed out a site update earlier today that we expected would resolve this problem and it does seem to have helped. However, I have seen a few reports come in from users that are still not seeing the return policy interface on eBay AU listings. Our engineering team is aware of this and has gone back to working on a solution.

If you are posting to a site other than eBay AU and are still seeing this problem, please let us know through support. If that is the case, I would like to pass that information along to our engineering team.
