Says I am ot selling anything

I'm now noticing that 3 of your listings have been imported to Auctiva so your store window shows those 3. Once the rest of your listings import, 12 listings at a time will appear on the store window.

Thank you for your reply. It doesn't appear that any of the other listings that were listed through ebay are going into the store window. My auctions are running out of time. Do you think they'll import before the auction ends?

Hmmm...well...I'll run a manual reconcile on your account which should import your remaining listings to Auctiva though. That process can still take 4-6 hours so I hope your auctions don't run out of time=(

Thank you Mike. I really appreciate all your help. The reason I listed on ebay is because I thought auctiva would import in a short time automatically. When I listed on auctiva there wasn't a gallery picture, just a picture of a camera, so I had to go back and revise all my listings and add the main picture myself. Any thoughts on that?

Mike, could you do the same to my account?
I re-listed 19 auctions yesterday and today it is still saying in the store window that I have no listings. The items are similar and I'd really like people to be able to see the other items so that they can make multiple purchases.

Good luck, they have tried to manually reconcile mine with no luck. It seems too sporadic. Auctiva needs to cease the window for now or post a statement under "News" about it being unstable, IMO.

I am really a newbie...My auctiva store on my ebay listings shows no pics and says that I am not currently selling anything....Is it me?

No, like I said there is and has been a problem. Auctiva needs to address this.

I'm really disappointed with Auctiva. Out of 19 items I had listed I have received bids on 3. I really think that if the store window had been working, I would have had a few more watchers and or bidders. It seems like they're have a huge problem resolving the issue. I keep hoping.......

My store window is now working! Not sure if it was manually updated or if it just finally did it on it's own but it's working!
