Scheduled listings not posting

I am having problems as well. My scheduled between 4 and 5 pm PST posted but starting at 5pm PST and continuing for 2 hours. I have about 50 postings scheduled and they are not posting.

NOT POSTING THIS IS BAD AFTER A WEEKS WORK AN NOW NOTHING!

I completed a support request but have not heard anything back yet. I like you MikeBiker spent all week and weekend working on these listings and staggering their posting times etc. Looks like I am going to not have the ideal posting times now, if at all.

I am trying to manually post them but it is slow and some will not post. I can not tell you how p----d I am.

We're looking into this now. Will post again when we have an update.

Now the whole site seems to be screwed up. What a mess. This my paycheck and now it is all screwed up.

UGHHHH, mine are not posting either!! Anyone have any idea whats going on. I love Auctiva but this has happened to me way to often lately!!!

I can't post either manually or scheduled. This happens just about every other Sunday it seems. I love Auctiva, but this is a glitch that should have been fixed long ago. I guess I'll have to reschedule everything for Monday postings, AGAIN..............

Help, Help and more Help. Scheduled listings for 8:00PM EST did not post also. Hope someone at Auctiva works on Sundays-----I do!

A few of my manual listings did go to eBay, but not enough of them to make up for the money I'll lose AGAIN due to the system's malfunctions.

BTW, the login error not only applies to getting in the program, but the Community Forums, as well, if anyone cares.

I got a few manual listing through but it is getting late and the whole night is a waste.

I just started this thread in hopes of I was not the only one that this was happening to, I guess I'm not alone....now my 2 cents: I think that everyone should just relax a bit, remember that Auctiva is a FREE service. Your postings should show as ready to post under the "Scheduled postings" link in Auctiva. Once their system glitch is corrected, I'm sure that all of the postings will get to ebay, just a little later than expected.

I cancelled all of my listings as about half were past their scheduled times. Manually only 3 out of 10 made it to ebay. I guess I am just going to have to sit on the rest. I love Auctiva as well, bit this needs to get fixed. 50+ hours of work now delayed until next week or posted at less desirable auction ending times.

yes, I am also having the same problem. Guess I am not going to work anymore tonight.

It's a weekend Guys/Gals - Maintenance/tech staff will find the issue and resolve as quickly as possible ... Just remember - Auctiva is a wonderful FREE SERVICE ... the price is right so just go watch the rest of the Olympics and enjoy the time - don't fret all will be working very soon. -Linda

I am having some (slow though) success by canceling the scheduled auctions & posting them manually. Very slow though.

You are one of the lucky ones, as my listings did not post yet! Yes, it is a free service, but if it doesn't work properly, then what is it worth? Nothing or not much.

I am sure they will have this fixed real soon. I must have gotten lucky that my posting went through, but I am calling it a night anyways.

My scheduled posted on time. The one listing I tried to post immediately as a test is still siting there. Go figure.

I should hope it's free, cause it ain't worth paying for. Hours of work for nothing....again.

I too am having problems. I had many listings scheduled to be posted to Ebay starting at 6:00 tonight and one hour later nothing.
THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! I made a posting of a new topic last week about consistent problems with Auctiva that have cost me thousands of dollars but NO ONE replied. What's happening with them?!
DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A BETTER SERVICE OTHER THAN EBAY THAT I CAN USE? PLEASE HELP

I know this is a free service and all, but getting ridiculous. Almost every weekend something goes crazy, like the Sunday all photos disappeared, just as so many auctions were ending.
A free service isn't free, if it costs hundreds in missed sales, because your listings don't have photos, or end in the middle of the night.
Since most people list on weekends, and almost every weekend, there is some of problem, perhaps that is EXACTLY when the Auctiva tech staff should be working. Take Tuesday and Wednesday off, at least until they can get this site functioning.

That weekend with the missing photos was crazy and cost me a lot of money because people emailed me asking what was happening and that they would not bid unless they saw photos.
When you try to call Auctiva they don't really address the problem and don't care about your loss. This could be a good service - someone with decent business acumen should buy the company and shape up all the problems.

Well my listings miraculously just showed up now. This always seems to happen on Sundays. Can't deal with it anymore.

It's all fixed..... my 74 scheduled are posting, yippie!

I've had the same problem as everyone else tonight and now all my auctions went live and are sceduled to end at exactly the same time. Had to cancel each through ebay and cancel the rest through Auctiva before they went live. Auctiva needs more help on the weekends. This is just one of many problems they have had for at least 4 months. There are no other free sites for listings out there that I am aware of. Auctiva is the only game in town at the moment. If this keeps up, someone else will come up with a similar idea. I'm surprised they have no competition at the moment.

Many of you keeping referring to the fact that Auctiva is a FREE service and we should appreciate that and forget all the glitches.
It's true that this is a "free" service to us.
BUT, they have to earn money somehow and they need us to do so.
First of all they earn money when we "sell" their insurance. I'm not certain whether they have another revenue stream but this is not a "Non Profit" organization. Therefore, they really need to provide the most reliable service possible to us - their customers.

As much as I HATE the too-frequent problems that have been occuring here, I must say in defense of Auctiva.... I file a support request, and I always get a polite, caring reply, and a complete followup to the solution. Somebody up there IS listening.

I say, Kudos, Auctiva guys and gals.... now please fix the scheduling.... this is now my livelihood.
