I have another question concerning scheduling an auction. I had set up three listings last night which were supposed to be listed at 6:30 PST. I also clicked on the listing to be done every 10 minutes thereafter. I waited at least a half an hour and they still were not listed.
I eventually re-scheduled them for late this afternoon today because I did not want them to be listed any later. I then changed it to do not try.
What am I doing wrong? Was there an issue with the server or is there an additional step that I am missing?

Did you run your ad through the error check at the bottom? If you were missing something, it won't publish. Try that and if you are still having problems, we can try again.

Auctiva is great here about answering help tickets. Normally answered within 30 minutes.

When I first started with Auctiva back during the summer..what I didn't know right off the bat was the scheduling. I'm on EST and Auctiva was on PST. I put the time in assuming it was MY time, and when they didn't list for three hours, WHAM! I figured it out.

I am also on EST time and I think I did the same thing that you did. I was expecting EST and it was PCT. Imagine that!!
