The items in your scrolling galley can be changed to display those which you select in the edit items tab in Auctiva Store...

However I am having frequent problems getting them to update after editing them.

I have contacted Auctiva several times but they keep telling me it will update in the next 6-12 hours, it has now been well over 48 hours and nothing!

Does anyone out there know how to get the items updated more quickly or if there are any known issues that can delay or prevent this from happening?

Hi online-coins,

The behavior you are describing is attributed to a current bug in our system that is causing items that are designated as featured in one's Auctiva store not to be preferentially displayed in the scrolling gallery. This issue has been referred to our engineering department for correction, however, I don't have a good idea when it will be resolved at present.

In the mean time, you are welcome to check in with our support department regarding this issue periodically, and we will be happy to provide you with an update on the status of this issue is any new information has become available.

You say you do not have a good idea when it will be resolved but are we talking days, weeks, months, years or could this be a permanent issue?

Do you know if the problem is account based or throughout the whole system? I ask because I wonder if I closed my account and then re-registered would it make any difference?

Its been 4 days now and I dont really see any light at the end of the tunnel so I am starting to ask myself whether I should stay with Auctiva or go to a premium service? I dont really want to pay to use the gallery when Auctiva offer it for free, but if the Auctiva service is always going to be so problematic, it will probably work cheaper, in terms of lost revenue, to pay for a premium service.

It is a shame because auctiva is such a great service.
