Sellathon Counter Not Working

Hi!

Is anyone else having trouble with their sellathon counter? My active listings page shows Zero Hits, although I do have some Watchers (?). My Summary on eBay is showing the correct number of hits. This has been going on for about a week.

Also, when I try to look at the sellathon stats, it always says the stats are unavailable.

I started paying the $19.95 in June partly so I could get more info from my stats; but it looks like it was a waste of money!

Anybody have any ideas?

you ebay counters are not showing correct number of hits as they inflate them

Ebay counters may not be accurate; but that is not the problem. My sellathon counters show a value on the individual auction pages. They show zero on my Auctiva Active Listings page. Also, when I click on the icon to show the graphs for different time periods, A little window pops up that says "Sellathon data is currently not available". This has been going on for several days.

Should I contact Auctiva support?

always contact auctiva support as i dont think they continuely monitor these forums think to many post here and then wonder why things not fixed
