Unbelievable! Ebay gets the credit when It IS clearly each seller who gives the customer service. Usually a smaller seller although granted not excluding all bigger sellers. But the smaller seller needs and wants to work harder for that great customer service.
And feebay just keeps pushing the seller out.
Ebay clearly doesn't know what customer service is. Canned answers for all questions is ridiculous and not listening to the majority is well, need I even go on...........
I just can't bring myself to go back.
Certainly the customer service wasn't to the sellers!
Ebay has said it so many times. They are just a PLATFORM. When ever ANYTHING goes wrong, they bow out quicker than a one legged man at an A*s kicking contest. It galls me to think that they should even consider accepting this award. And how did they supposedly get all these votes?
I guess the people who don't know ebay has gone down the tubes still think it's a great place to do business.
