Have been using Auctiva for a few weeks now - works brilliantly. As at 9pm GMT last night the [SHIP_PAY_DETAILS] function in templates does not work. Basically you put that wording in your desciption and your standard text/pictures appears in your listing wherever it is inserted. To set up your standard text was via a link which was situated to the right of the Sellathon counter selection. NOWS ITS GONE!

Can someone tell me where it has moved or is it gone forever. My live listings before the 9PM last night all work perfect. Now it does not appear on any of them.

Hello,

In order for the Shipping and Payment details selection to appear on the listing page, you must first select a template that supports this feature. This is either your own custom template which includes the [SHIP_PAY_DETAILS] tag, or one of our standard templates that displays the section 'Your shipping and payment details will be inserted here.' on the template selection screen. If you do not choose a template, or choose a template that does not support the shipping and payment details section, then the section next to the Sellathon counter will be hidden. I hope that helps!
Thanks David,

Understand that now, but that does not get away from the fact that over 200 auctions I have put on over the last 2 weeks or so have used the same standard template, your STAMPS3 template. I used it last night for several auctions, the first one was OK and then from 9:15pm gmt the shipping details stopped displaying.

Now when you select the STAMPS 3 template the shipping details to the right of sellathon has gone - HAS SOMEONE CHANGED THE MASTER TEMPLATE?

How do I create my own personal template, or change an existing one to include the shipping details function.
Hmm that is strange.. it appears that the Stamps3 template does not support shipping and payment details, and I am not aware of any recent changes to this template. BUT you can always modify any of our templates by going to the Listing tab, then clicking on the Manage link. From this page, click the 'Create From Existing' button and select the Stamps3 template from the list that appears at the bottom of the page and click 'Create'. Then you can add the [SHIP_PAY_DETAILS] tag wherever you want your details to appear and save the new template! Once the template is created you will have to select it as a Custom Template from the listing page (click on the 'Custom' category from the template selector to view all of your custom templates)

Let me know if you have any more questions about this.
David, just to support Woolieback, I have been using the Stamps 3 template for listing since I joined Auctiva last autumn and the shipping details etc were included in the template, but now they are not. Fortunately, it seems I can still use them from my saved profile (I hope - will be listing later but just tested it using the preview function in listings/createlisting and it worked)

Having said that, just experimenting with creating a different shipping profile as it seems your options have changed since I first created my standard profile.

My problem is that I am UK based but list on ebay.com and ship worldwide with 3 different shipping costs: UK $1.00;Europe $2.00, USA and Rest of World $3.00.......I currently simply explain this in the description but :

Using the shipping profile screen: ignoring the domestic shipping (which I guess is for USA based sellers), if I create three separate international shipping options, selecting 'other int'l shipping (see description), and checking the relevant countries boxes plus the cost in each case, when an item is sold, does this mean that my customers will be able to select the relevant charge at checkout (either ebay or auctiva) rather than having to wait for me to send an invoice confirming the shipping fee?
