I have set my eBay exclusion list in eBay. I use it for expensive items. Most of my listings I check 'Do not exclude locations on the Auctiva listing form. I have just noticed that all of my listings are using my exclusion list. In Auctiva Preview the listing shows worldwide shipping with NO exclusions. When the listing appears on eBay it is using my exclusion list. I have been cut off from worldwide shipping. I have only noticed this recently. What am I doing wrong?

I will try to be a little clearer. On eBay site preferences I have most countries blocked for shipping. I do not have it checked to apply to all listings. In Auctiva I will either check 'use the exclusion list or do not exclude any locations/. I also check worldwide. In Auctiva preview the proper shipping locations are shown. When the listing becomes active on eBay it says' shipping worldwide, see exclusions. When I go to exclusions it will always be using my exclusion list. This just started a couple months ago and I assume that I inadvertently changed something but I have no idea what.
Hello ponton -

I am not aware of any issues on our end that would cause difficulties with your exclusion list or the way it is used, so it is unclear what may be occurring for you. For this, we would need to look into your account and some of your listings to be able to determine what may be occurring. Please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know these details, but also include some examples of where this has occurred. If you have a recent posting where this has occurred that you have not yet edited on eBay, please provide the title or item number of that listing so we can look into this issue for you.
