You messed up the listing for sellers for the 20 cent listing day by using the maintenance period instead of changing it to a different day.

Now it takes forever to list anything!

Free is not worth it if it doesn't work

Unbelievable!!

Of course I just use ebay if I don't use a template or extra pictures.

It is taking four minutes or more to upload just a couple of images. Trying to save produces runtime errors. Old saved listings take several minutes to arrive and if I click on the '60 seconds' line it stops loading altogether. It was taking around 15 minutes to upload a single listing since Thursday. Today almost impossible. Also, lots of listings failed to upload to Ebay over the week. Everything unnecessary has been deleted from my computer but makes no difference.
thankfully the pictures in listings seem to have been unaffected today, but i have experienced major site slow down within the last few hours and have recently been getting server error, also the site appeared completely down about 1/2 hour ago and all i got was a white page with server error in red.

the times seem to be incorrect for GMT (uk listings) and do not appear to be corrected for day savings.
Hi there. Things are slow for me today as well. I have had intermittent server error messages, though not nearly as bad as yesterday. Yesterday I was sure Auctiva had croaked for good. It is very slow going but I have gotten some listings done. What I have been doing, although it is a PITA, is saving the listing every time I enter data, that way I don't lose a whole listing, just one piece of data when the errors hit. You might try that for some alleviation of the stress of losing a listing. Jeff, though you may not show problems on your end, we are definately getting them. Clean caches and all. I appreciate that you are checking into it.
MadI am so totally frustrated at this moment! I have been able to do a few ads today, but for the most part I have encountered this message: Server Application Unavailable
This has been going on all day. Thank goodness I had the insight to get the bulk of my ads done during the week. I only hope that I am able to access them to launch this evening!
Another fine Sunday

This is all I've been getting for the last hour or so now..

I have been having such problems with auctiva the past couple of days - which is a first for me up to now it has been wonderful - I keep getting that error message you get; my pictures are not loading up properly and last week when ebay had a 20cent sale I listed something early in the day only to discover that it never got posted at all. does anyone know what is going on..
Ditto to what everyone else has stated. Thankfully I got most of my listings done yesterday. My techie husband maintains my top-of-the-line computer and connection so the extreme slowness, run-time errors, server errors are coming from Auctiva and I do not need to clear my cache. I can't maintain a business like this. Shame too, cause Auctiva has a lot of potential. Photo hosting is far and above ebay picture manager when it is working at speed. Picture manager has to be reloaded frequently as it slows the more you use it. Who can professional ebay listers depend on? I wish I knew. It is just too expensive to pay anymore for the privilege of listing. Thanks for letting me vent.
I've been listing since Thursday with all of these problems. Then Friday they take it down. From 10:30am - 8pm I only listed 40 items (that usually takes about an hour or two). Since I'm a trading partner with lots of pictures, Auctiva is valuable WHEN IT WORKS. I gave us on it and tried it again this afternoon just to find all the problems that you are mentioning above. Everytime I list, it gives me 2 or 3 of the same item on eBay. I'm now paying for the consequences. When I ask questions to Auctiva or even post message saying I'm ticked off, they get deleted. I understand this is free, but can they just post a community message that tells us what is going on and when we can expect everything to run decently? At least we can go do something else instead of sit here, complain and get so frustrated that we completely quit Auctiva.
Burk..don't list anymmore. I listed a saxophone neck at 8:07PM EST and it was processing for 30 minutes and now it is still "POSTING".
They will hopefully eventually go through and you will have to edit them on eBay.
Also, just for the record, eBay is pretty good about giving fees back and canceling auctions that were launched due to the many auctiva technical difficulties.
