site won't let me generate new token - ebay support says its auctiva problem!

I have been given the runaround for about a week now. All I'm trying to do is list some items and it appears it is becoming an impossibility!!! The latest issue is I cannot generate a new token - ebay says it is an Auctiva problem. I get an error msg. I am ready to cry

if you have already generated a ebay token, you shouldn't have to again, if you are trying to move your category list from your ebay store u don't need to generate a new token, just click on my account, then ebay settings, then Update Store Categories From eBay, once you have generated the token, you shouldn't have to update it...i hope that this helps....Thayne
