I have an item that sold through BIN on ebay, I used ebay/paypal to complete the trasaction, I didn't origingally list the item using auctiva (it just picked it up I guess; it has everything else that I have listed through ebay), and now that I no longer have the item for sale, I would like to remove it from my store window-- any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. Also, if it has any impact on my being able to do this, the item shows up as sold, but "waiting for payment" in my auctiva account and it won't let me change it to "paid".

To remove listings from your store window, please make the appropriate listing hidden in your Auctiva store by clicking the "Store Items" link under the "Store" tab within your account. Any items that are made hidden will no longer be displayed in your Auctiva store, nor will they be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshesm which it does about every 4 hours.
