Hi Community,

As many of you have probably already noticed, we are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing many users to get spontaneously logged out while working within their Auctiva accounts. Our engineering team is currently investigating this problem and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

I cannot provide an ETA as to when this issue will be resolved at this time, but I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for understanding!

Hi Community,

Update - We have just determined that one of our web servers has been acting up and was most likely causing the spontaneous log-out issue I described in my previous post. We have just removed the server from our rotation and we are hoping that will prevent this from continuing to occur.

You may need to log-out and then log back in again to realize the effects of this solution. If you were already on the problematic server before we removed it from our rotation, you still have the potential to get bounced out of your account.

We're are going to continue to monitor this situation to determine whether or not more changes will need to be made to fully resolve the problem. I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available.

Update - We are continuing to see reports of customers being spontaneously logged out when working within their Auctiva accounts, so it appears the last measure we tried did not resolve this problem fully. Our engineering team is still investigating this issue and is working to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Update - We believe we have found the root cause of the issue that is causing the rest of these spontaneous log-outs and our engineering team is currently working on getting a solution in place. At present, we expect that we'll be able to get this issue fully resolved within about 30 minutes.

I will post again to this thread once that solution in in place or if there are any significant changes to when we expect to be able to get this issue resolved.
