Store Categories

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I am having the hardest time getting my Auctiva Store Categories to match up with my ebay categories. When I list items using Auctiva, I don't have the same store category options I created in my ebay store....soooooooo, sometimes they don't show up in one or the other store at all?!?!

Can anyone offer me suggestions on how to remedy this??

Hi Jete.
I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier.

It sounds like you need to update your categories on Auctiva, which happens any time you've changed them on eBay.

Go to My Account, Settings, eBay Settings and Update Store Categories. Next time you create your listing, there they'll be.

If this isn't the case, I'd go to the Help section and contact support to see what's going on. Good luck.
