Store front messed up.....

The flashplayer in store front isnt working. Whats Up?????????? It say I need to download player 6. I have 9. I have downloaded it 5 times. Whats up with that mess?
It works with foxfire.
But not any other browser.
Dosnt work with IE at all.

Some other people are having the same problem.

Hi missrose,

It sounds like there is a setting or application on your system that is interfering with the functionality of Flash. I suggest filing a support case regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:

http://www.auctiva.com/free_auction_software_help/help.aspx

Also, once you have installed Flash Player, it is necessary to restart your system. If either of you haven't done this already, I suggget giving that a try.
