Store Window showing nothing

Store showcase not working. Cannot report to support as I get a runtime error application.

Same here...Store Window reads "No Items." Have filed a help/support case.

Same with me as well, I have just filed a support case as well. I hope this can be fixed soon.

Hey folks,

Store windows will 'start' showing up immediately in people's auctions. The reconcilation process does take time, so some listings will show up before others (the process does take some time to catch everything up). Some listings from Monday-Wed 'may' not show up in your store window.. but moving forward everything should work perfectly.

I am so new at this that you have to promise not to laugh....I also see that the store window is not working, and so if things are not working, do we mention it to someone, or just lie in wait thinking that we have something for free and we should not whine?

Actually posting here is great, as some people may have workaround or an up to date status. Another great way to get resolution is to file a support request (Help -> File a Support Request).

Good question. Yes, it will although some listings from Mon-Wed 'may' not show up in your store window. Moving forward, everything will be fine.

My store window was working perfectly, now it does not show anything! All my items have disappeared even the ones that were on there in the first place! Been like this all day!!!!

Bill , the store is not even showing my default text for when I do not have auctions listed.

I understand that it takes time for the gallery to update, but until it does, is there any way to get the default text in stores to show correctly.

That "No Items Available" is is a real killer. I have my default set to say "Please view our other auctions", but that is not currently displaying in my store window on new listings.

Any chance we could just get the Auctiva default to say something similar?

I have current listings but had removed the stores script due to all the problems we had last week. I do not want my customers to think I do not have auctions running right now.

I wish we could do that right now, but the functionality is not in place. We will take this as feedback as a future feature.
