System Errors/Slow Response showing up at 2:21 EST

That's why I signed up to get in these forums today. Was just wondering if anyone else was having the same problems I've been for about the last hour, just as you've said here. Very slow response time, system errors showing up, etc. How long before this is fixed, does anyone know? I really enjoy using Auctiva to make my lisitngs look unique, and to be able to add in as many pictures as I need to. I hope this isn't a permanent thing. Thanks for hearing me out, and hope to hear something soon. I'd love to get back to work on new listings today. Only chance I may get this week.

I too signed up for the forum just to find out what's going on and when it'll be fixed. I've had nothing but problems with Runtime Errors, pages not loading, or loading so slowly it's unbelievable. I have a new computer, a cable modem, and I feel like I'm living in the age of dial-up with Auctiva. Very disappointing. I used to use Auctiva when you had to pay for it, and it was great then. Truthfully, I'd rather pay a little money and actually get it to work, than what we have now. Can anyone at Auctiva give us an answer as to what's happening?! I have auction's to post and don't have any confidence that they will!

I also just signed up for the forums today because when I went to ebay to check on my auctions I posted last night, I notices none of them have the templetes showing up. Then I checked my auctions posted a week ago that HAD templetes and those no longer have them. Guess I'm not alone. Was going to post more today but maybe I had better hold off till it's fixed.

Well, good news my templetes have shown up!

It just took me 21 minutes to complete a single listing. Could someone please send me an alert on those days that the system actually works?

I hear you. It's taken me hours just to create 25 listings. This is nuts.

File a help/support ticket. I did. We need to pester them for answers!
