I created a custom template 2 days ago with no problems. Now, when I try to edit the template, I can't see my images in the editor using IE. Using Firefox, I can see images, but neither browser will import new images. I have tried the 'clear cache' thing and that doesn't help. Over the past several days, I have had nothing but trouble using Auctiva. First one thing is broken, then another. Might I suggest to Auctiva: HIRE SOME PROGRAMMERS! I've also heard the argument, hey this is a free service! Don't complain! Well Auctiva plans to make revenue from this or there would not BE an Auctiva. Another suggestion: GET IT TOGETHER SOON, or you will lose your customer base, and Auctiva will fade into oblivion... -Steve Winkler

Ditto.

1.The site has messed up the layout of my saved/posted listings that I use as my repeat templates by simply changing item info & photos.
2.I've had to go on the eBay revise feature to correct the format which takes forever!
3.A lot of text has also been obscured!
4.And yes, listing in the last 2-3 days has been problematic,
5.it freezes,
6.it says I had no gallery photo chosen when in fact I did so I had to tap on Post again,
7.it wouldn't delete images, it'd always said the images were being used on current listings which they are not, etc etc.

It used to be a dream. What's happened?

Being free is no excuse to be sloppy. I imagine being free was/is? Auctiva's business strategy to gain revenue from various tie-ins or they wouldn't be in the fray.
I used the template creator last night and it seems to be working again. I'll keep my fingers crossed. What really baffles me is the apparent different responses you get using different browsers. Sometimes IE works better, sometimes Firefox. The text entry form in Firefox is only two lines, if that, and is not resizable. In IE it is OK. If it comes down to it, I guess I will have to get off my butt and learn some HTML so I am not so reliant on Auctiva's tools. -Steve
