we did have an issue for a brief while yesterday where the templates were not showing consistently in preview for some accounts, but our engineers were able to resolve it.

If you are still having difficulty with templates showing in your Saved Listings, please file a support case from the Help tab of your account by selecting File Support Case and let us know a few of your items that have encountered this issue so we can look into it.
