the slideshow comes up empty??? not sure where to post this

You should probably file a support request (bottom of the Help page).

Mine i only have 6 things listed and my gallery slideshow so more of the same item when there is only on of each, and i have filled a support yesterday have not herd anything as of yet, i am haveing problems even sitting up my listing in discription tools and so on...

Issues with the store window not displaying images has been fixed. I don't know the details on what was done so I can't expand more than that for now.

Still not working for me.

The slide show comes up empty for me as well, I would also like to know if there is a way to have it show all the tiems in my store?

I also have had trouble with blank slideshows.Some times they show up and sometimes nothing I've waited several hours. Help

I am having the same issue. I thought I may have done something wrong but it seems there are several posts regarding the same thing.

Nope, it's just a set number. Right now it's either 12 or 14, I forget which.

Its not showing anything, the picture is blank, I wanted to see if I had to somehow merge my listings from my store to the slideshow... Understand? LOL

ok, I got the slideshow to work, what I really want to know is how do i import my listings to auctiva so that they show up on the slideshow?

Kevin - Mine has not been fixed. As of today (Monday June 12th) now ALL my images are gone in the scrolling window. Before today it was just the ones I listed Friday and Saturday and Sunday NOW all are gone. Yes I did file a support ticket.

I am having the same problem. Can you help me? The slide show only show the text but not the picture.

Do you mean you can see my slide show or your listing is visible?

Do you know how to get the slide show pictures to work and or who do I contact to fix the problem?

It's not fixed on mine either. I am not sure how long they will take... anyone know?

If you are having store window issues then please open a support case. In most cases they can resolve the issue expeditiously.
