For the past two days everytime I go to upload a pic I get a message from Java indicating that the application has an error in the digital signature. The error page then asks if i still want to continue. what is causing this?

Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. I have seen the error message you are referring to as well and it certainly appears to be something we will need to address. I have reported the issue to our IT team and they will get it resolved as soon as possible.

This issue should be resolved now but it is possible some users may still see this warning due to a Java caching issue. If you are still seeing that warning, you should be able to get it to go away by clearing your Java cache using the instructions on the following site:
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml
Once you have followed those instructions, you will need to close and reopen your web browser to ensure the new Java control is loaded. Please feel free to contact our customer support team if you continue to see the warning after doing so.

I did have to clear the java cache but couldn't pull up the icon from the control panel. I waited until I loaded a pic and the icon appeared in my tray. I was able to double click and follow the instructions. I also had to close the browser afterward.
