When i started using auctiva tonight and i was asked 2 make a new listing. as i was going through this i then realised that for my ebay items to have the auctiva scroller underneath them i must have to create the listing on the auctiva website...? Is this true

I'm confused because i already have a listing on ebay which i listed using ONLY ebay around 5 days ago.

When i started using auctiva tonight i started making my new listing on the website as i thought i had 2 but after a while i thought i will leave this for another time lol.

I have now listed 3 or 4 items straight through ebay and when i went 2 check the item that i put up first afew days ago it has the auctiva scroller below it but with only that item in.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CHROME-VECTRA-CORSA-INNER-DOOR-HA...QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

So i'm confused to why the item has the scroller under it but no others?

Is tehre a way where i can carry on as usual with my listing on ebay and then add the auctiva scroller under them after? without having to create the lsiting on the auctiva website?

Hope this makes sense because im abit thick! HA

Thx Mark

Hi Mark,

Yep, you can list directly through eBay and you listings will automaticall be imported into your Auctiva account and appended with the store window. Typically it takes 6-8 hours for a listing posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva.

The reason all of your active listings are not displayed in the store window is because they are yet to be imported. Once they're imported, they'll be displayed in your Auctiva store window.

I hope I covered all the bases.

Hi marlaruk,

Well...the store window was supposed to be appended to your active listings automatically. I sent a message over to the engineering department and they'll have the store window added to your listings as soon as possible.

Well, I'm confused also. I've been waiting for over 24 hours for the 5 items I newly listed using Turbo Lister2 to show my Auctiva scroll listings window. The other 7 items that I relisted through Ebay after the first auction ended, have the window, but they are the ones running when I activated my account with Auctiva.

So, do I have to only use Auctiva for my new listings now? You'll have to forgive me, I am new to selling on Ebay and so obviously new here and I'm totally confuses how Auctiva works even after reading all the help and doing the workshops, etc.

Well, it's been 4 days now and still no scrolling window on half of my listings. I think I will probably not use Auctiva after this. I know it's free, but it's way too much trouble!

if it's been that long, file a support case with auctiva and they'll get it fixed up for ya in no time.

Hello,

Currently there are some issues with our scrolling showcase, your account will problably
not be processed until tomorrow evening."

It's now well past 'tomorrow evening' and I still do not have the window in my newest auctions. I've cleared the cache and restarted my computer several times; still nothing. <sigh>

The cheap comes out expensive.
