Hi Lyrical, golfer222111, and fotogal,

I just initiated a command on each of your accounts that should correct this problem as long as you have specified gallery and/or header images for the listings in question.

If the Auctiva store/scrolling gallery images for these listings haven't been created within 30 minutes or so, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

Mike, thanks for your quick response, however, I am still not able to view the thumbnails in Safari - they show for an instant and then disappear with the "No Thumbnail Available" message in each box. When I tried to file a support request with your link I got the following (which means absolutely nothing to me:
Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
Hi fotogal,

That's strange. I was just able to access our help page successfully on each of our servers, so I'm not quite sure why you were getting the "RunTime Error" message. Can you please try filing your support request via the following link? http://support.auctiva.com

If you are unable to file a support request via the link above, please let me know via a reply to this thread, and I'll do my best to assist you.

-Mike
