I was wondering if it's normal for Auctiva to take several (5-9)hours) to get our listings actually posted on ebay for public view. As the seller we see immediately how the listing looks, but as a buyer, they don't see it listed for several hours. I checked back into the catagory I listed in and I posted at 10:45am and it went public after 4:00pm. My sister-in-law had the same problem too.

Hi scrap-

It takes time for eBay to index new listings (and even more time now that they have instituted new fraud checks).

There is nothing that Auctiva does to speed up or slow down that process - it is all eBay.
