Trying to find out how to retrieve item numbers

Hi,
I previously posted this question but my question was not answered completely. I am trying to find out how i can retrieve the item numbers for the most recently listed items. I have clicked the active link under the listings tab and i know the items are sorted by end date but i have so many store listings, its impossible to find the items that are active ebay listings. Isolating it by listing type does not work

You can select a Listing Filter for "Regular Auctions" and see only active Auctions on the Active page. It's at top left above the tabbed columns in section labelled "Filter Listings" with drop-down list for "Listing Type".

Since you're the 2nd person to ask the question (also with long Store list that bumps to top as 30 day), I'm wondering if the feature is broken.

In truth, I've only lightly used that feature, so if it's broken I'd open a Support Case and report the problem.
