is anyone else having this problem. i can not load on either firefox or IE. connection to server has been reset while page is loading and cannot display the webpage.
how do i fix this.

Hi. Yep. Same thing here! Happened yesterday too! I finally listed at almost 2PM eastern time. Figures! Merry Christmas.
I guess we'll wait to see if/when the site is back up. What else can you do? It's not good, at all. I'm very disappointed the last couple days. I just referred some relatives to Aucttiva lastnight when it was working for me.

I can't log in either. Got in yesterday late afternoon but was unable to most of the day. I'm in NJ.
I can't get in either and I was on all day yesterday, listings launched on time as well. This is probably something to do with their weekly screw up I mean maintenance.
Hi elfin. Happened yesterday too... Well befor maitenance. Took 5 hours to get in yesterday. Hence, listed late. At least I got to list. Just wish they would advise us!
I am having the same issues, so you are not alone. I have listed using auctiva for quite a while with no problems, up to this point, I think I've used the site for over a year now, but I can't get anywhere on the site but here on the community section this morning.

I'm having the same problem??? Tried to post auctions.... practically our last day for Christmas and shipping deadlines... and guess what? Auctiva Message: ERROR: Unable to change into directory 12/55/54 - Please check FTP settings ...... blah, blah blah
Are you kidding me... maybe a month refund would compensate the headaches and loss of revenue.
I just started this AUCTIVA two days ago and what a mess. People are not even able to pay me for the items they won. If it is any comfort, I guess, I now know this is a system wide FUBAR instead of just a poor choice on my part to change over. Does it get any better? How long will it take before I feel like this was not a big mistake? I just read one link where someone was about ready to cry. I was wondering if they passed out tissue on this forum??
