Unable to upload images - auctiva or ebay?

Hmm, if it is happening when trying to upload in Auctiva or eBay, then I think it may be a problem your end. When you say you can't do it, what excatly is happening? Do you get some sort of error message? I just uploaded one to Auctiva, and it completed in about 3 seconds.

It just isn't responding. It says "done" in the corner of my window but nothing happened - I can't even browse to find anything. Nothing happens? I've never had this problem before. I am able to list to ebay from my saved listings, surf around, get email... but uploading an image is just dead for me. ugh.

Have you tried the usual, clearing cache, rebooting, etc etc?

I am also having the same problem, I tried to upload 10 pictures, it highlights the first in yellow and says done on the bottom right and nothing uploads..

What web browser are you using? I use Firefox to list items But I have to use Internet Explorer to upload my images as the Java uploader gives me problems and Firefox does not support the drag and drop uploader

I am SO frustrated with trying to upload pictures. It takes forever to try to get to the upload screen and then it says it can't find
the page.
I don't usually have a problem.
Is there something wrong with the site today?

I tried in explorer originally, I tried on the listing, I tried on the site itself, i am now in firfox and stuck at the first image with nothing moving. Ive been trying since 2 pm eastern time. something seems wrong as I have never had this problem before!

actually it is only accepting 1 at a time and taking literally 15 mins. a picture.

I'm having trouble to..I have uploaded using Mozilla and Java loader. It looks like it is loaded but when I go to manage there is nothing. Interestingly I just ran a JAVA update. I'm wondering if that is the problem or if Auctiva has a problem

I can not get my site opened at all to manage or upload pictures. I don't know who I can email or where I can look to find out what the problem is or how long it will last, it has been at least 6 hours now.

Aside from some known issues with the Java Uploader, we are not experiencing any technical problems that should prevent you from being able to upload your images. If you are experiencing problems using the Java Uploader, I recommend using one of the other available uploaders instead.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties while trying to upload images directly from the lister page, or with the Drag and Drop or Basic HTML uploaders, I recommend contacting our customer support department using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

Nope..not AT&T because I'm having the same problem on DSL and three different computers. Also, have tried to look in folders and I get an ERROR message telling me to open a support ticket...

When I click on an image folder to view images here is what I get verbatim:
